30-Day Return & Satisfaction Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Wellness Lyra. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because hair masks, cosmetics, and other personal-care products are hygiene-sensitive goods, opened or used products cannot normally be returned unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, email josemaroa2018@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

30-day satisfaction support

If your experience does not meet expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the circumstances and work with you on an appropriate solution, which may include product guidance, a replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable under this policy.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of opened or used personal-care products, gift cards, or items marked final sale, except where required by law or where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return. Once the return is approved, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If an order is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason. Hygiene-sensitive goods may be excluded after their seal has been broken. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refunds

We will notify you after reviewing or receiving an approved return. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact josemaroa2018@gmail.com.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or fulfillment has begun.
